Volunteer With us

Volunteers are the backbone of Centre 33, allowing us to make a difference in the lives of young people every day. There are plenty of ways to get involved.

why volunteers are so important

Young people need our support, and every hour a volunteer gives makes a lasting difference in their lives.

We’re seeking volunteers to join our team - you can explore the volunteering opportunities below, or reach out to us for a chat about any of the roles on volunteering@centre33.org.uk.

A member of our volunteering team will be happy to get in touch.

celebrating our volunteers

Meet Darren - a volunteer information worker at our Peterborough hub, Darren is the friendly face behind the reception desk, welcoming young people and assisting with their enquiries. From making cups of tea to providing vital support to our team, Darren goes above and beyond.

"On retirement I started to look for opportunities to spend my time in a useful and positive way. Centre 33 appealed to me as a local organisation working to support mental health and wellbeing," he said.

"The feeling that in some very small way I help to support the availability of the service is incredibly rewarding. I also appreciate having been welcomed into a very friendly and positive team."
