City Council Housing Aid Centre
44 St Andrews Street, Cambridge.

For people who live in Cambridge city only. Advice on housing, emergency housing and tenancy rights relation officer (direct line 457978). Open Mon – Thur 9am – 5pm, Fri 9am – 4.30pm, works on appointment system or you can turn up and wait to see someone. Housing advice is not available on Thursday mornings.

For people who live in South Cambridgeshire only. Tenancy rights, emergency housing and housing advice. Open Mon - Thur 8.30am - 5.00pm (cash desk closes at 4.15pm and closes at 4.30 for visits), Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm. Mandella House (next door to Hobson House, 44 St Andrews Street) also has an officer that you can talk with at the same hours as Hobson House (shown above).
