We provide free confidential counselling for people under the age of 26 in Cambridgeshire. You can drop in to Centre 33 between 10am and 1pm every Saturday to see a counsellor for a one off appointment. Or, if you think it might be useful to see a counsellor more than once, we can arrange an initial appointment where you can find out more about counselling and decide whether you would like to come for regular sessions. We can then book you a regular appointment at the same time each week (usually for 6 weeks, sometimes a bit longer). You don’t need to be referred by a doctor, or anyone else for that matter – if you would like some counselling, just get in touch.

Counsellors will:

• Listen to your worries and concerns

• Try to help you feel more in control

• Not judge you

• Understand that some things are hard for you to talk about

• Support you – but not tell you what to do
