At Centre 33 we believe that all young people have a right to be listened to, and to influence or make the decisions which affect their lives. This means that we give young people the opportunity to express their opinions about what we do, and that we are willing and able to take action and make changes as a result of what they say.
It is important to us that young people who use our services can tell us what they think of them, so that we can change and improve. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to complain if you are not happy.
To give us feedback, click on this button and complete the questions.
To make a complaint, please send us an e-mail telling us what happened and why you are not happy. Please send it to the below email address
You are also welcome to leave comments in the comments book in our front room.
At Centre 33, we use your feedback and comments to try and make our service even better for young people. Below are just some of the examples of the suggestions that you made and what we did in response.
You Said: "The confidentiality policy was not properly explained."
We Did: Though our services are normally completely confidential, there are some rare occasions where we are concerned enough about a person who is at risk that we share information with someone else, like a doctor or social worker. Since your comment we have reminded everyone how important it is to make this clear to all young people.
You Said: "Your forms only give 2 gender options (M/F). This gives no option for gender-queer/non-binary folk"
We Did: We have changed our forms in the way you suggested and we have also put in place some training for all our staff.
You Said: I feel somewhat out of place and shy and confused about whether I am allowed to read the books on display- maybe a sign would be great"
We Did: We have added a sign to make it clear that the books are for you to read.
You Said: "Your front blue desk needs re-painting"
We Did: We painted it!
